It should be noted that all shipments are processed and executed only after payment has been confirmed into our account following our signed Invoice issued to the client.
Shipment lead time will depend on the client’s destination port/address, this usually takes 3 working days to prepare the shipment and 2 to 4 weeks to make the delivery completion while delivery within EU Region takes only couple of hours.
All shipping documents like Bill of Lading, CMR and Airway Bill are scanned and emailed to buyers immediately upon shipment departure while originals are executed via DHL or FEDEX Express delivery respectively.
